The Organization, Management, and Control Model is a document that is part of the internal control system required by Legislative Decree 231/2001. When subject to appropriate supervision, it serves as an exemption from corporate liability while also acting as an essential guide for all employees and collaborators. It provides a clear code of conduct, control schemes, and measures to prevent criminal offenses and corrupt practices.
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, this document aims to introduce and explain the use of the Whistleblowing channel. This channel allows the reporting of violations of national or European Union regulations that may harm the public interest or the integrity of public administration or private entities, and that have been discovered within the whistleblower’s work environment.
Among INAZ’s strategic objectives is the development and consolidation of standards of excellence and best practices for all services and solutions offered to customers, as well as the protection of data confidentiality, availability, and integrity. For this reason, INAZ has obtained important certifications and attestations.
INAZ has been awarded a ★★★ (three-star) legality rating by the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM – Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato).
The legality rating is a tool introduced in 2014 to reward companies—with a minimum turnover of 2 million euros and at least two years of registration in the Business Register—that adopt ethical principles in their business operations. It serves as an indicator of high legal and ethical standards.
