Inaz’s way of doing business is reflected in an active and responsible role assumed towards the business community and society as a whole. We collaborate with Universities and Entrepreneurial Associations to spread the business culture and to support the training and employment of young talents. In particular, Inaz supported the creation of the AIDAF-EY Chair of Family Business Strategy in memory of Alberto Falck at the Bocconi University of Milan.
At Collegio Universitario dei Cavalieri del Lavoro Lamaro Pozzani in Rome, Inaz finances scholarships and sponsors the “Valerio e Clara Gilli” business culture course.
In addition, it offers training opportunities through Inaz Academy to young people who are beginning their journey in the world of work, it publishes the Piccola Biblioteca d’Impresa Inaz series for the dissemination of the values and culture of enterprise and it supports activities of female micro-entrepreneurship.
The Inaz Small Business Library, since 2006, collects reflections and insights related to business culture. It is an invitation to broaden horizons, to open the comparison with points of view and contributions from different times, areas and places.
Inaz has chosen to finance, as a donor company, some projects of Mani Tese directed to the development of female entrepreneurship in agriculture and food.
“The Human Factor, the Spirit of Work” is a docufilm produced by Inaz, which has been screened in many cinemas, broadcast on television and continues to provide inspiration for numerous debates. Il Fattore Umano (The Human Factor) is a journey to discover Italian excellence, companies that are very different in terms of history, sector and territory, but united by an invisible thread: that of responsibility.
Eyes on how employment dynamics are changing, on new forms of organizing people, on the realities that innovate. Inaz’s decades of experience have led to the creation of the Osservatorio Imprese Lavoro (Business and Work Observatory), whose objective is to provide valid tools for reading the current scenario and for translating, into daily operations, the ideas that help people to work better and companies to be competitive.
In 2012 Inaz joined the campaign “L’Abbiamo Imbroccata” the project funded by Fondazione Cariplo and organized by Fondazione Rete Civica di Milano, University of Milano-Bicocca, Legambiente Lombardia, Amiacque and Metropolitana Milanese saving 30 thousand half-liter plastic bottles consumed in a year. By joining the initiative, Inaz has found a solution that can save both the company and its employees money. The project has evolved over the years until in 2019 it joined the Milano Plastic Free campaigns, carried out by the City of Milan with Legambiente, and #IoSonoAmbiente promoted by the Ministry of the Environment with the complete replacement of plastic bottles in the company. For the implementation, Inaz has donated reusable bottles to the workers of the headquarters in Milan, who can fill them through the new dispensers installed in the company: they are connected to the water network and will distribute filtered water at room temperature and cold, still and sparkling. Other measures have been put in place to make waste sorting in the company even more efficient, while hot drink vending machines use only cups and paddles made of eco-sustainable material.
