Personnel Selection: the features

Personnel management can open a selection campaign by defining possible acquisition channels (either through forms linked to its website or through job posting processes)
After contacting and calling a candidate, the system allows you to record the interviews and the outcome of the same
The process involves entering the type of hire you are about to make (fixed-term, permanent, full-time, part-time, etc.).
Once the information regarding the resource and the new employment relationship has been uploaded, this data will be sent to the Employment software and the Payrollmodule.
